Challenge Sailcloth designers focus their energies on bringing out new concepts in racing and cruising durable woven sailcloths. Challenge re-engineers many lines every year, taking advantage of the newest yarns, chemicals, finishes, and equipment. The only manufacturer to widely use the best sail fibers: Fiber 104 and IW70 by Performance Fibers, Challenge also uses Accordis and Kosa and have tested every sail fiber available. Our cloth is woven on the most advanced looms in the industry, and precision finished in-house by our own personnel.
